Our existence is connected with the desire for travelling and together we have travelled through more than 100 countries. Each of us spends approximately 2 months a year travelling, we still discover new sites and experiences that we could recommend to you. We do not offer the same things constantly on the contrary we try to be very innovative, to determine trends in the travel business, to discover new sites and to improve continuously our know-how. We cooperate also with the most reliable partners and tourist guides on the spot in order to have always current information and then to be able to give an advice in case of a doubt.
Are we a travel agency? Have we got a bankruptcy insurance?
Of course, in order to be able to create tailor-made plans we have to be a travel agency and fulfil all the obligations stipulated in the law including the insurance against bankruptcy. However, our philosophy is considerably different and therefore we concentrate on not being mistaken for standard agencies.
What all are we able to arrange?
Our strength lies in our service comprehensiveness. We can fulfil almost any travel desire – from relaxation sea holidays, over prolonged weekend trips around Europe, winter stays in mountains to more complicated itineraries and journeys around the world. For the majority of our clients we are great companions on tours who can reliably help them with everything connected with travelling. If something exceptional cannot fit in our possibilities we are always glad to give an advice.
How trip planning with us works?
It is essential to understand as much as possible your ideas about the planned trip in order to be really able to adjust it according to your needs. Usually we will get in touch with you over the phone or meet you personally in order to learn your travel preferences and what you are interested in. On this basis we will draw up our offer with a proposed itinerary and specific experiences that we then tune-up in the close co-operation with you to the absolute perfection.
Is a tailor-made trip too costly?
It is clear that behind every created plan there are tens of hours of work of the experienced travel advisors and travelling with us is not for everybody. On the other hand it is definitely not an unaffordable luxury and the cooperation with us can be successful also for people with a lower income. If you do not need a guide and you prefer top accommodation and services a tailor-made trip may be even more economical than a standard tour with a standard travel agency. It is definitely worth considering and even if you do not buy the trip at the end we will not ask any fees from you. As an exception a symbolic advance payment can be required that would be accounted for when the trip is bought.
